On August 3, Swiss Kirchhofer AG and Hainan International Economic Development Bureau (IEDB) held a video meeting. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on investment opportunities of Hainan Free Trade Port and potential cooperation in China International Consumer Goods Fair.

During the video meeting, IEDB introduced to Kirchhofer AG the preferential policies of the Master Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, and focused on the analysis of investment opportunities for Kirchhoff AG in the fields of duty-free shopping of luxury goods, healthcare, education and insurance. Meanwhile, IEDB expressed warm welcome to the Kirchhofer AG to develop business in Hainan with sharing the investment opportunities of the Free Trade Port, and invited the Kirchhofer AG to participate in the China International Consumer Goods Fair.

Jürg Kirchhofer, CEO of Kirchhofer AG, stated that Kirchhoff Group is very optimistic about the development prospects of Hainan Free Trade Port and looks forward to achieving a win-win situation in cooperation with Hainan. He expected to have face-to-face talks in Hainan in the future with the support of IEDB, so as to establish a long-term strategic cooperative relationship with Hainan.
