The 4th China International Consumer Products Expo (hereinafter referred to as “CICPE”) will be held in Hainan from April 13 to 18, 2024, with the main venue at Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. In order to benefit more people with the achievements of the CICPE and the construction of the free trade port, the organizing committee of the CICPE has decided to designate April 17 (Wednesday) and 18 (Thursday) as the public open days.

A total of 100,000 tickets will be available for sale this time, with 50,000 tickets available for April 17 and 18 respectively.(Only valid at the main venue--Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center.)
Sale Time
Ticket sales will begin at 10:00 am on April 3 and will be available until sold out.
Price
20 yuan per ticket.
Purchase Methods
Visitors can purchase tickets through the official App and WeChat mini-program of CICPE according to the prompts on the page. The ticket purchase will require real-name registration, so please complete the real name authentication process in advance.

Purchasing tickets for accompanying persons is supported. It is required to enter the accompanying person’s information in advance, with each person being able to purchase a maximum of 5 tickets.

*Taking the Purchase via Official App of CICPE as an Example
Enter the homepage, click on “TICKETS”, read and agree to relevant agreements, then proceed to purchase tickets;
Enter the purchase page, Select and confirm the ticket type, exhibition date and the visitor’s information, and click on “Submit Order”;
Enter the payment page, proceed with the payment after confirming purchase information. Orders not paid within the specified time will be automatically canceled. If necessary, the order should be resubmitted;
The ticket purchase process is complete after successful payment. You can enter the details page to check information about the purchased ticket, entry requirements, and transportation guide.

You can use the official App and WeChat mini-program of CICPE to purchase tickets and inquire about information. New users need to complete real-name authentication in the “Mine” module before purchasing tickets;

During Entry
Domestic visitors should bring your original ID cards for ticket verification, while overseas visitors should present their ticket status and ticket QR codes for verification. Entry will involve orderly queuing, gate scanning, and security checks.
Notes
(I)
When purchasing tickets, please read relevant notices carefully. Please bring your original ID card for entry verification. The entry time on April 17 is from 9:00 to 15:30, and that on April 18 is from 9:00 to 14:30.
(II)
During entry, domestic visitors need to swipe their original ID cards for ticket identity verification, while overseas visitors need to swipe their electronic ticket QR codes for ticket identity verification. Please bind your identity information before purchasing tickets.
(III)
To refund tickets, enter the “Mine - My Tickets” page on the CICPE official platform and submit a refund request for the corresponding order.
①Refund requests can be made before midnight on the ticket date;
②Only the purchaser can apply for a refund，non-purchasers cannot submit requests;
③If the refund request is approved, the purchase fee will be refunded to the original payment account;
④The date of receipt of the refund is subject to the actual one.
(IV)
If invoices are required, you can make an application after the exhibition. The methods are as follows:
1. For the CICPE App, enter the “Mine-My Tickets” order page and click on the “Invoice” to apply for the invoice in the upper right corner.
2. For the CICPE WeChat mini-program, enter the “Mine-My Invoice” page to apply. Please submit the application within the specified time.
(V)
To ensure the safety of visitors, elderly and minor visitors must be accompanied by family members. The organizer may implement temporary crowd control measures during peak hours. Thanks for your understanding for the inconvenience.
(VI)
Tickets for public open days are sold online with real-name registration.
(VII)
Please maintain neat attire, observe civilized behavior during the exhibition, and do not bring pets into the venue.

The ticket purchase channels mentioned in this notice are the only official designated ticket channels for the CICPE. There are no other online ticket purchase channels.
(IX)
The Secretariat of the Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation of the ticket usage regulations.
